Review:
I loved this book. It was such an exciting read, and although it's very easy to follow, there is no lack in world building and character development. I absolutely loved the world it's set in and I cannot wait to read on and explore the rest of it.

We get to read from both Raisa and Han's perspective, and I felt it was equally enjoyable. Sometimes, with dual perspectives, you connect more with one than the other, but that wasn't the case here. I also really like the side characters in this book, as I felt they were very clear.

I also really like reading about the different people; the clan and the wizards, and their power struggle. I can see that becoming a really interesting part of the next books.

I would recommend this to anyone who likes fantasy and magic.
