Summary:
Set to a musical theme, this is a collection of poetry about love and the loss of it.

Review:
I quite enjoyed this collection of poetry. I like how it goes from love to loss throughout the book.

I enjoyed the short poetry the most. I like poetry to have a more classical and rhythmic style and I like it when it rhymes. About half of the poetry in this collection is like that, and the other half has a more modern twist. I found it hard to find the rhythm in those poems. I also thought perhaps it could have been a bit shorter, and some bits cut out.

One of my favorites from this collection was Always With Me:

Your love I once surrendered,
has never left my mind.

Mu heart is just as tender,
as the day I called you mine.

I did not take you with me,
but you were never left behind.
page 111

Overall, I thought this was a good collection, and if you want to read some poetry about love with a mixture of styles, this is a good place to start.
